On Oct 30th, Lilama 45.4 Joint Stock Company organized Tenure VI Labor Union Congress with attendance of representative of Lilama Corporation, Lilama 45.4, Lilama 18 and Lilama 2
Implementing policy of the Party, during the last years under leadership of executive board of party committee of Lilama Joint Stock Company and standing committee of Labor Union of Lilama Corporation, staff and workers and Labor Union in the company have overcome difficulties and challenges, succeeded in targets and duties of business activity to enhance living condition of staff and workers and hold fast solidarity in the company to contribute in industrialization and modernization and deserve to be a strong enterprise in the southern region.
Tenure VI Labor Union Congress of Lilama 45.4 JSC (2007-2009) is to summarize and evaluate successful works and shortcomings to find reason and experience lessons. The congress also put forward direction, target, duty and method for building staffs and workers, building Labor Union strongly in the new period to meet requirement of development and building the prosperous, civilized and modern enterprise to contribute in development of Lilama Corporation.

Tenure VI (2007-2009) is on the time when our country is facing opportunities and new challenges. Especially, Viet nam has integrated in World Trade Organization (WTO). Lilama Corporation is on the impetus of strong strategic development with role of contract general (EPC) and coming to build an industry corporation. The matter given to Lilama 45.4 Joint Stock Company is that the company must renovate incessantly propaganda activity, education, building of staffs and workers good at professional skill, knowledge and virtue, strong in body and sturdy in spirit to meet all difficulties in productive labor.
