On March 7^th, 2009, in Head Office of Central Region Hydropower Plant Joint Stock Company organized contract signing ceremony for bidding package No. 76/XL-AL “installation of electromechanical and hydromechanical equipments for A Luoi Hydropower Plant between Central Region Hydropower Plant Joint Stock Company (the Employer) and Lilama 45.4 Joint Stock Company (the contract).

A Luoi Hydropower Plant is located on A Sap river, A Luoi district, in Thua Thien Hue provine having output of 170 MW (2x85) with average annual output of 686.5 million KWH.

Schedule for installation of electromechanical and hydromechanical equipments is about 33 months and planning to generate electricity on the national grid at the end of 2010.

The contractor, Lilama 45.4 Joint Stock Company undertaked completion of this project in accordance with the schedule given by the Employer and ensure quality of plant in order to  early put the plant into operation. Through this project, once again, Lilama 45.4 Joint Stock Company has demonstrated ability and experiences in installation works for the hydropower plants.
