Lilama 45.4 Joint Stock Company is being a fully legal enterprise, independently entering the accounts, having its own seal, organizing and operating according to Law on Enterprise, regulations of Joint Stock Company, and being a subsidiary of Viet Nam Lilama Corporation (LILAMA).

1.   Survey, design, construction consultancy for industrial and civil projects (especially, fabrication of hydro-mechanical equipments for large, medium and small hydropower Plants)

2.  Consultancy and technology design for production lines: such as building materials, paper, foodstuff processing.

3.  Investment, building and business of housing.

4.  Import-export: Chemical, materials, construction materials, single equipments, synchronous equipments, technology lines.

5.  Fabrication, installation and repair of lifting equipments, pressure equipments, high and medium pressure boilers, tanks for containing kinds of liquid solutions; supply, installation and maintenance of elevators.

6.  Fabrication and installation of systems of low and medium pressure pipeline and penstocks (water, oil, gases for industrial and civil works).

7.  Construction and Erection: industrial projects; technology lines, machines, high, medium and low voltage transmission lines; stations and substations.

8.  Production and business in metal materials, steel, chemical, electric appliances, machines, accessories, mechanical tools, petrol, oil, grease, fuel, industrial gas, building materials; agents for trading and consigning.
