Human Policy

I. General
Work force is one of important human resources to maintain and develop the company and early recognizes that Management Board has given policy of human development to meet the development demand of company. The Company must have enough quantity of work force with knowledge qualification and high professional skill, management ability and capability applying new technology in production process to increase productivity, quality and high efficiency.

II. Policy of human development:

-              Continuously enhancing executive and management ability of staffs and technicians, building and implementing well task of planning and training of staffs to meet the present requirements and long term duty of the company.

-              The Company organizes new training, re-training and advanced training according to the demand of company in business and production.

-               Regularly, training advanced level in professional knowledge, foreign language and computing. Striving by 2010, all managing staffs from team leader and over must be learnt management classes, law, computing and foreign language to comply with development of company.

-               Satisfying enough management staffs, technicians and supervisors for company’s projects.  

-               Organizing regularly and appointing staffs to participate in classes of advanced level for management staffs, staffs taking in charge of consultancy and supervision. 

-               Associate with universities and training offices to improve and enhance management level of staffs. 

-               Regularly, organize training course for management staffs according to organization model of new management. 

-               Always attach special importance to build professional skilled workers according to the company’s specialty. 

-               Regularly organize, train and enhance profession skill and create conditions for them to study, practice, attach and build the company.  

-               Combine with technical worker schools inside and outside profession to train technical workers of the company having enough skill level and standard as required. 

-               Striving by 2010, there will have been 100% (percent) of professional technical workers with theory and practice standard conforming the standard of profession. 

-               Annually, Organization Department will coordinate with Directors, Factory, Leaders of construction Units to seek, check and submit staffs and workers who have high skill qualification, ability making leader of group and over and technicians who have competence, self-motivation, enthusiasm in work to Management Board, in order that company can train and assign new duty according to requirement of business and production.  

III. Plan for developing human resources in the 3 next years estimated: 

- From 2007 to 2010 as follows:

+ With regard to management staff: From now to 2010, there will have been 100% (percent) of staffs who are studied training classes in management, foreign language with Certificate B or above and computing with Certificate A or above.   

+Technical worker will get skill level to the end of 2010:           

7/7 = 5%

6/7 = 20%

                             5/7 = 20%

                             4/7 = 25%

                             3/7 = 30%

2/7 = 0%

VI. Recruitment:

  1. Level of higher education, college  and technical worker:

* Level of specialty higher education including:

              Electric Engineer

              Construction Engineer

              Manufacturing mechanical Engineer

BA in English

* College level:

              College level in Manufacture Mechanical

              College in Electrical technology

College level in construction

2.  Level of technical worker:

              Electrician

              Fitter

              Lifting worker

              Piping worker

                   Fabricator

                   Welder

V.  Plan for recruitment from 2007 to 2010:

2, Standard of recruitment:

- To volunteer for applying for a job in the company

- Have enough health for long term work.

- Age from from18 to 35

- Without incurable disease and social evil.

- Have diploma in BA, Engineer, and technical worker from level 3/7 or over.  

VI. Compensation:
In order to encourage and attract talented person to work in the company and serve for a long time, company will create favorable condition and the best working environment for engineer, technician, and technical worker to come to undertake a task at the company with the following regulations:  

- With regard to engineers and professional staffs recruited will be appointed to work at the company or site teams according to the requirement of work with negotiable salary.

- With regard to technical workers recruited will be arranged to work at Factory or site teams with salary paid according to labor productiveness.   

- Probation time is 03 months. During probation time, salary will be paid according to negotiable salary or products.

- All engineers, technicians, professional staffs and technical workers have just been recruited to work at the company from 03 months or more will be enjoyed Social Insurance, Health Insurance and other interests.

- To engineer, technician, worker who have just undertaken a job will be guided by experienced persons. 

-  Annually, Organization Department will coordinate with Directors, Factory, Leaders of construction Units to seek, check and submit staffs and workers who have high skill qualification, ability making leader of group and over and technicians who have competence, self-motivation, enthusiasm in work to Management Board, in order that company can train and assign new duty according to requirement of business and production

- Annually, the company assesses and reward salary level for staffs and workers who have responsibility spirit in business and production.

- Organize examination to raise skill level for workers in the company.
